Why it matters
The rule depends on what you sell, and where.
A sentence that is fine on a cosmetic can make a supplement a medicine. A wording permitted in one market is a closed-list breach in another. Most brands never see a penalty — what they see is an ad account rejected, or a ruling published with their name on it. We find those lines first, and say which rule applies.
